Step 1: Accessing Your Needs
The first step is simply gathering information on specifics of what the heavy equipment will be used for. When you contact us we will assess shipping needs as well as initial financing questions. As a customer you will be working with a small sales team from start to finish. This is a family business and customer satisfaction is everything. Our sales team is well versed in all the equipment and we are dedicated to getting our customers into the right machine, not simply selling the most expensive equipment we have on site.
Step 2: Providing Specifics
The next step is to provide more specifics on the heavy equipment that fits your needs. We can set-up an appointment for you to visit our location near the Philadelphia International Airport to function test the machines. If you cannot visit our location we are happy to provide additional pictures, videos and information on the piece of heavy equipment that you are interested in.
Step 3: Accessing Shipping and Financing
Once you land on a specific machine we can access your shipping and financing needs. We are happy to recommend shippers and lenders that we work with and recommend. Equip Seller customers are in no way obligated to use our recommended vendors, our goal is to help facilitate shipping and financing to get you in your new machine as soon as possible.
Step 4: Sending an Invoice
After a price has been agreed upon we will send you an invoice from QuickBooks. If you are tax exempt you can send your tax exempt forms via email or fax and our accounting team will remove the sales tax. Payment instructions are provided in the invoice. All equipment is first come first serve and we do not consider any equipment sold until payment is received. Additionally, we offer customers the option to place a $1,000 non-refundable deposit to hold a machine for up to 7 days. This ensures the equipment is reserved exclusively for you while you finalize your decision or arrange logistics.
Step 5: Delivery / Pickup of Your Machine
Once payment is received you will call us back with your 4-digit invoice number to schedule an appointment to pick-up your purchase. Equip Seller has full capability to load any piece of heavy equipment. You only need to focus on the unloading of your machine, once it arrives at your site. Appointments for pickup are between 7:30AM and 3PM Monday thru Friday at our Lester PA location.
